1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Management
To access real-money games and services on jill8, you must register a valid player account. Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The opening of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.1 Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your valid Philippine mobile number, and your residential address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. jill8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must immediately notify jill8 if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Suspension and Termination
jill8 reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing; or (e) upon request by the player for self-exclusion.
3.4 Dormant Accounts
An account that has recorded no login or transactional activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. jill8 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them following written notice to the registered email address or mobile number.
4 Deposits
All deposits to jill8 player accounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jill8 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, certain payment providers may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for verifying any fees charged by your payment provider before initiating a deposit.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Deposit Restrictions
All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. jill8 prohibits deposits made on behalf of another person or from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits may be declined or reversed if jill8 has reasonable grounds to suspect the funds originate from illegal activity or violate applicable anti-money laundering laws.
4.4 Failed Deposits

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days. 5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may be set at jill8's discretion and will be displayed in the Withdrawal section of your player account. Players requesting withdrawal of unusually large amounts may be subject to additional verification procedures.
5.3 Withdrawal Method Restrictions
Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible and required by anti-money laundering procedures. jill8 reserves the right to request that withdrawal amounts be returned to the original funding source before processing to an alternative method.
5.4 Right to Withhold Withdrawal
jill8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of: (a) KYC verification; (b) investigation of suspected fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abusive activity; (c) investigation of a disputed transaction or chargeback; or (d) compliance review under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
jill8 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions presented at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotional-specific terms and these Terms, the promotional-specific terms shall prevail.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a player account are generally subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

In such cases, jill8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and suspend the account.
6.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings
Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated using bonus funds may be capped. Such caps are disclosed in the individual promotion terms. Players who have never made a real-money deposit may be subject to additional withdrawal limits on any bonus winnings.

In any event, jill8's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you and held in your jill8 account at the time the claim arises.
11.1 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiations between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for regulated online gaming operators.
12 Amendments to These Terms
jill8 reserves the right to revise, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion.
